Progression steps

As the title states, I'm going to try to guide you through what you should be focusing on next regardless of your progression stage!
NOTE: When you start the game with a new account, it is not a bad strategy to rush to clear Faimon scenario to get the LD scroll and summon it. IF you get a good monster, then you can continue playing normally but if you get an sd monster or bad monster in general, it is not a bad idea to reset the account and try again for a better starting monster. That is called the Faimon reset. When you reset your account, you get to keep all your friends on your friend list so, gain strong friends as you go so you can use their rep monsters to get to the scroll faster. This takes about 30 minutes per reset when you know what your doing.
When you start a new account you eventually get a water magic knight monster called Lapis. Use her to her max potential even though she is not a light or dark monster. She is needed to farm sd's initially but definitely don't pour resources into her at all. I would recommend taking her through the scenario on normal for the Vamp/Revenge set and then set out to get all the important LD units from sd's including: Belladeon, Kro, Loren, Darion, Gorgo and Shumar. I do recommend getting as many sd units as you can as you will eventually use most of them.
You'll still need to use Lapis as 4* max to farm sd's faster and build up your scenario farmer which will be Shumar. He can farm Dessert stage 3 Scenario on Hell easily as 5* max with the Vamp set they give you or a descent swift rune set which you can farm Mt. White Ragon for. After that, she can still be used to farm 2A Gorgo dungeon to make Gorgo 2A which should be your first 2A monster. Then Lapis can be eaten and Gorgo will take over. Then it's just a matter of making him 6* asap for optimal awesomeness. I do recommend you farm essence for awakening monsters sooner than later as your going to need A LOT of essence of every kind to awaken a lot of monsters. NOTE: Gorgo and any other monster your trying to 2A needs to be awakened before you can even enter the 2A dungeons and start getting 2A experience. Then they need to be max skilled before you can 2A them once they have 100% 2A experience. Your magic shop has Warbears that can be purchased as easy skill ups so plan ahead and buy them as you see them to max skill him. That shop also sells other monsters for easy skill ups, keep an eye out!
Once you have enough Ancient coins from events to get 20 pieces of Fran, buy the other 20 pieces from guild shop as Almighty Scrolls to get Fran faster so that you can get Elsharion asap to farm dragons better. Now, you have Fran, 2A Gorgo, Kro, Belladeon and Loren, so you can probably get GB10 once they all 6* or at least make Kro and Loren 6* as they will probably have the worse defensive stats. It is my opinion that you should make damage dealers 6* first as support monsters are normally runed tankier to begin with. Those 5 can also carry through ToA normal but work on fusing Veromos and Jeanne as soon as possible as they make ToA a breeze. Also, the Veromos challenge missions give you a nice violent set. Just work on those challenges as much as you can as soon as you can, so many good rewards.
Use your 2 week new account blessing as much as you can initially. Start your ld account on a Friday as all the dungeons are open for ease to get your sd monsters. Consider running b1-b3 artifact dungeons just to put some on your 6* units for the extra stats as they are cheap to upgrade. NOTE: you can only put artifacts on 6* units, nothing less. Use energy and arena wings wisely as every time you level up your account, your energy and wings refill and would go to waste if not used logically. Get into a guild asap (preferably ld guild like Undaunted or Dauntless on global server) to start getting guild points from Guild Battles and getting good guild member advice.
So once you got gb10 down, you should be close to having toa normal done too. Work on getting a stable gb12 next. Once you can farm gb12, no matter how slow, as long as its safe, you will start getting a lot of rune upgrades. Start moving into db10. After db10 work on getting db12 stable and safe and try to get toa hard done to 90. Fran, Jeanne, 2A gorgo, Kro, Loren can probably get you through most of it. At this point, nb12 shouldn't be too hard for you to complete ether. Refer to my Cairos guides for further information.
Now your entering mid game region where you need to farm raid for grindstones and gems and you need to get A+ on all your rift beasts, S+ is better though. You now need to really focus on those challenge missions and general achievements as well as there are a lot of goodies in there. Once all your PvE is stable THEN I would move on to PvP and focus on siege teams first as siege has the highest xtal return by far. Once your done setting up your siege stuff, start farming arena to max your glory towers.
Finally, your entering end game and should dip your toes into RTA. May good RNG be with you there! End game is just basically destroying all PvE content and focusing on PvP most of your time that you have that doesn't involve auto farming.
